Very easy and delicious bolognese lunch recipe anyone would love, especially kids. Polenta is healthy and it can be made very quickly.
Ingredients:
Oil
Onion
Minced beef
Salt
Pepper
Tomato puree
Cornstarch
Bay leaf
Polenta
- Cook some chopped onions on heated oiled pot. Add minced meat, salt, pepper and bay leaf and cook until meat is brown. Cover it with the lid and cook until tender. During cooking add some water if needed. At the end of cooking add a small amount of tomato puree. Cook 5 min and then pour in 1 tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 50 ml of water. Cook few more minutes until thickens.
- Cook polenta in salted water accordingly to package instructions.
