Spinach And Cheese Pie Recipe

This is a traditional homemade savory pie filled with spinach and cheese. It’s a quick and simple way of making delicious and soft cheese/spinach pie. If this amount of spinach is not preferable to you, you can easily use less spinach and more cheese to get more perfectly flavor for your taste buds.

Ingredients:
150g spinach
250g dough sheets
180g sour cream
150g fresh cheese
40g butter
1 teaspoon of salt
nutmeg
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of flour

1. Cook spinach in salted water for 2 minutes and drain it.

2. Beat the eggs using hand blender and add sour cream, fresh cheese, salt, nutmeg and flour. Blend spinach into the the mixture.

3. In a deep baking tray arrange thin dough sheets one on top of the other coated with melted butter and poured with the mixture between. On top of the pie place the last dough sheet without coating.

4. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
