Ingredients:
50 g semi-sweet biscuits
2 tbsp powdered sugar
half lemon juice
1 mango
100 ml sweet cream
1. Break sweet biscuits into small pieces using spoon. Combine it with 1 tbsp of powdered sugar and lemon juice.
2. Blend mango in food processor with 1 tbsp of powdered sugar until smooth.
3. Beat heavy cream until is thick and fluffy.
4. Layer the biscuits at the bottom of the glass first. Pour or spoon blended mango aligning the surface. Add heavy cream on top and garnish with some pomegranate seeds and grated chocolate.
