Pancake Shapes Dessert Surprisingly Simple

If you love to experiment with pancakes and make beautiful looking desserts, use a metal cookie cutter to get different shapes. Since the festive holiday is near I used Christmas cookie cutters to get small cute pancakes. This charming treat brings a fun joy to kids and adults also. You don’t have to be the best artist to make them since they’re surprisingly simple. Batter is made from the common pancake ingredients, just a little more thicker. After they are done, you can spread some jam between pancakes and decorate them with whipped cream, or sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

150 g flour
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 egg
300 ml milk
coconut oil

1. Mix together flour, sugar, egg and milk.

2. Grease the pan surface with coconut oil and place cookie cutters on top.

3. Heat the oil and pour a thin layer of batter into the cookie cutters. Fry for a few seconds and remove cutters. Flip the pancakes and fry until brown.
