With the apple slices arranged into the tree shapes, this is the perfect dessert for a Christmas party or a winter night in watching movies! Ingredients:
2 apples
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp rum
50 g chocolate
25 g butter
25 g walnuts
15 g coconut flour
sugar
1. Wash and slice apples without removing the peel. Use a tree shape cookie cutter to core the center of apple slices.
2. Place both rings and core into a bowl. Pour lemon juice and rum over. Stir gently so as not to break.
3. Place the apple rings on a plastic cutting board and fill them with mixture of melted butter, chocolate and ground walnuts. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
4. In the meantime dip the apple trees into coconut flour and sprinkle them with sugar.
5. Decorate the plate with the cookies as you like and enjoy.
