Anytime I have bananas in the house, I can’t resist making one of my favorite amazing treats for
breakfast – smoothie that keep you full and energised. These two quick and easy banana smoothies
are absolutely delicious, made with all natural, clean eating ingredients. Bananas have lots of
potassium, Vitamin C, fibre and Vitamin B6.
Ingredients:
smoothie 1
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp oats
1 tsp coconut oil
200 ml milk
smoothie 2
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame
80 g forest fruit
Blend all the ingredients until thick and creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
