Sea Bream Oven Baked- Mediterranean Easy Recipe

A great fine dining fish meal for 2, to big lovers of fish. Sea Bream is one of the most flavorful fish so this recipe is all about light seasoning and easy baking. This fish really shines if it’s cooked gently. Other than having amazing taste also contains a good amount of omega-3 fats which makes it a very healthy meal.

Ingredients:

2 bream fishes
salt
rosemary
1 lemon
olive oil
white wine
400 g potatoes
400 g chard
garlic

1. Place prepared fish in a baking tray. Season well with salt and rosemary. Place lemon slices in fish belly and pour olive oil and white wine on top. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.

2. Cook cubed potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes. Add chopped chard and cook 5 minutes more. Drain most of the water. Add mashed garlic and olive oil and mash the potatoes into puree.
