Sweet Protein Balls

These protein balls are super easy to make – rolled in coconut or cocoa, can be made in minutes. All you need to do is mix the ingredients together, form them into balls, and refrigerate. Ingredients:

50 g butter
200 g biscuits
50 g walnuts
2 scoops of whey protein
1 tablespoon rum
150 ml tangerine juice
coconut flour
cocoa

1. Stir together ground biscuits, ground walnuts, whey protein powder, rum and tangerine juice until combined.

2. Form and roll into balls and coat in the coconut flour and cocoa powder.

3. Refrigerate

Chocolate Hazelnut Nests / Christmas Thumbprint Cookies

With a dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut, everybody will rave over these amazing cookies.
These cookies, also known as bird’s nests, have been around for decades and get filled with many different toppings. Usually Christmas is perfect time to bake them, because they bring up choco-hazelnut amazing flavor.

Ingredients:

250 g ground biscuits
180 g roasted ground hazelnuts
150 g butter
150 g dark chocolate
6 TBSP sugar
2 dl water
130 g white chocolate

1. Process biscuits in a food processor until finely crushed.
2. Process roasted hazelnuts in a food processor.
3. Melt butter, dark chocolate, sugar and water in a cooking pot. Stir until boils and then set aside.
4. Add ground hazelnuts and biscuits in a still hot chocolate mixture and combine well using spoon.
5. After cool down, shape mixture into small balls. Dip every ball in a coconut flour (optionally). Place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and press thumb into center of each cookie, leaving an indentation.
5. Chill until ready to use. melt white chocolate and pipe swirls on top of the nests.

Walnuts And Tangerine Cupcakes

I wanted to make use of walnuts and invented these cupcakes! They turned out great!
Tangerine slices cooked in sugar water make this muffins extra juicy and delicious. Cornflour brings amazing taste combined with walnuts.

Ingredients:

butter 150 g
powdered sugar 140 g
cornflour 30 g
3 eggs
100 g flour
230 ml water
180 g sugar
12 tangerine slices
100 g walnut

1. In a large bowl beat together eggs, room temperature butter, powdered sugar, flour and cornflour.
2. Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
3. In the meantime dissolve sugar in hot water, add tangerines and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Flip them over and cook for 30 minutes more. Take them out from the syrup to cool down.
4. Add grated walnuts to the syrup and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Spread the batter onto cupcakes and wait it to cool down.
6. Place tangerine slices on top.

Tuna With Zucchini Pizza

Ingredients:

300 g smooth flour
1 package dry yeast
salt
2 tbsp olive oil
200 ml water
tomato juice
1 zucchini
160 g canned tuna
chilli pepper
180 g cheese oregano

1. Combine flour, yeast and salt. Add olive oil and water and knead the perfectly nice dough.
2. Keep covered the dough for 40 minutes.
3. Flaten the dough on a tray covered with a baking sheet.
4. Spread tomato sauce, arrange zucchini, tuna, chilli pepper and cheese. Sprinkle more tomato sauce on top. Season with oregano.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 250°C for 10 minutes.

Chicken Soup Homemade Recipe

This healthy chicken soup is ideal for cold days when you want to get warm and soothe. It helps build a healthy immune system to fight off viruses. You can add vegetables like carrots, onions, broccoli and other ingredients from your kitchen to make it more tasty.
Chicken broth also contains selenium. That helps prevent and manage cardiovascular diseases.

Ingredients:

chicken parts for soup
parsley roots
carrots
pepper
garlic
onion
parsley and celery leaves
collard leaf
1,5 L water
salt
peppercorns
soup noodles

1. Place chicken parts in a large pot. Add all vegetables and enough water so the ingredients are just covered (around 1,5 L). Add salt & pepper and cover the pot.

2. Gentle simmer for 1 hour and then remove meat and vegetables from pot. Add some soup noodles and cook them until tender.

Cheese And Zucchini Pie

This healthy and delicious pie is easy and quick to make and requires only a few ingredients. With only about 5 minutes of preparation time, you can have perfectly amazing dish. This comforting recipe proves just that! You can refrigerate the zucchini pie for up to four days. Leftovers are great reheated for lunch. Serve the pie as a main meal or a side dish if you like.

Ingredients:

Zucchini 400 g
Carrot 80 g
Cottage cheese 300 g
Eggs 3
Semolina 100 g
Salt
Pepper

1. In a large bowl grate the zucchini and carrot . Add salt, pepper, cottage cheese and eggs. Combine all together using spoon.

2. Pour the mixture in buttered baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 170 °C for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Spaghetti Oyster Mushrooms / Yummy Chicken Pasta

You’ll love the creamy texture and perfect flavors in this sauce. Oyster mushrooms are usually served on its own, in soups, stuffed, or in stir-fry recipes. In this recipe they are cooked with some diced chicken (breast or thigh) and served with spaghetti. Although the chicken has a light taste, mushrooms will show their aroma regardless.

Ingredients:

250 g spaghetti
olive oil
garlic
250 g chicken
salt
250 g oyster mushrooms
nutmeg
100 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp semolina

1. Cook spaghetti in salted water.

2. In a large pot heat the oil slightly and add pressed garlic. Fry few seconds, add diced chicken and salt. Cook until chicken is almost done. Add the chopped mushrooms and nutmeg.

3. After simmering for about 5 minutes poke the mushrooms to check whether they are softened. Add heavy cream and semolina. Cook stirring until sauce becomes creamy and mostly reduced.

4. Combine it with cooked spaghetti.

Moussaka Classic / Yummy Recipe

Moussaka is a classic recipe that is very delicious and easy to make by baking using oven. It’s often prepared in Europe households on special occasions and big family meals. Always simmer the sauce over low heat until it has reduced. Depending on your preferences you can add more spices for fuller taste.

Ingredients:

Olive oil
1 onion
500 g minced meat
salt
pepper
150 ml water
Bay leaf
1 kg of potatoes
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of flour
200 ml of milk
1 red pepper

1. Use a medium-large pot to heat the oil and add chopped onions. Cook onions until softened. Stir in the mince breaking it up with a wooden or silicone spoon. Add salt, pepper, water and bay leaf. Simmer with the lid on for about 30 minutes or until most of the juices have evaporated.

2. Slice potatoes into half a finger width and salt them.

3. In a large bowl whisk eggs. Add flour and milk and whisk until smooth.

4. Oil the bottom of a baking dish and layer the potatoes first. Spread out meat and some fine chopped red pepper. Top with some egg mixture. Repeat layering step one more time. Pour the remain egg mixture on top of potatoes and bake at preheated oven at 170°C for 50 minutes.

Prawns And Mozzarella Pasta / Yummy Recipe

This recipe is so simple and easy to make. Yummy prawns and mozzarella cheese give this meal amazing creamy taste. With this recipe every pasta lovers’ dream come true. You’ll certainly satisfy your delicious pasta craving but your stomach won’t feel heavy afterwards.

Ingredients:

250 g pasta
olive oil
garlic
250 g prawns
2 tablespoons oat flakes
rosemary
100 ml tomato juice
100 ml water
parsley
125 g mozzarella

1. Cook pasta in salted water.

2. In a pot slightly warm some oil and toss in chopped garlic. Add prawns, oats, rosemary, tomato juice and water. Cook covered until prawns are done. Sprinkle some chopped parsley, add sliced mozzarella and off the heat after a stir.

3. Serve it with cooked pasta.

Coconut And Pudding Cake

Are you a coconut lover looking for a healthier version of sweet dessert? This cake is so yummy, if you like pudding and coconut combo you have to try it! With just a few ingredients you get moist and delicious cake bottomed with amazing oats crust. Not to mention there is only cooking process, this cake is no-bake.

Ingredients:

280 g oats
100 g coconut powder
1 tbsp butter
100 ml milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar

2 bags vanilla instant pudding
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 L milk
120 g sugar
150 g coconut powder
1 sachet gelatin powder

1. Grind oats a bit and stir them in a large bowl with coconut powder and powdered sugar. Melt butter in warm milk and stir it in oats mixture.

2. Cover a cake mold with baking paper and press in the oat crust evenly. Keep it in the fridge while doing filling.

3. In a small bowl stir instant pudding powder, cornstarch and 200 ml milk. Bring 800 ml milk to boil, and reduce the heat. Add sugar, coconut powder and pudding blend whisking and cooking until thickness is formed.

4. Prepare 1 sachet of gelatin according to its instructions. Combine it with a small part of prepared filling first and then mix all together.

5. Pour the filling onto refrigerated oat crust and sprinkle coconut powder on top. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours.
