Chicken Pate Recipe

This simple chicken pate recipe is ideal spread if you have some chicken leftovers from your chicken soup. I used wings, back and thighs. If you avoid eating overmuch fat, you can remove the fat/connective tissue. Just put all ingredients in the food processor and blend up into a lovely smooth paste. It’s very easy to make and taste delicious.

Ingredients:

Cooked chicken
onion
cottage cheese
paprika
horseradish
yogurt
butter

1. Debone cooked chicken and remove the skin. 

2. Combine onions, fresh cheese, red pepper, raspberry, yogurt and butter in a blender or using stick mixer. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Plum Dumplings

Plum Dumplings, a popular autumn dessert often made in my country (Croatia). I learned to make it from my grandmother who had yummy fresh plums from her garden tree. It’s one of my most favorite dessert not so easy to make but so fulfilling when done.

Ingredients:

1kg of potatoes
400g of flour
150g of semolina flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 eggs
25 plums
100g butter
crumbs

1. Cook potatoes in salted water. Separate plum kernels. Mash the potatoes with the potato masher until smooth. Place them in a bowl.

2. Add flour, semolina, eggs, salt, sugar and oil inside and stir well. Start kneading with hands. With wet hands form dough into balls and place them on floured surface.

3. Cook dumplings in a boiling water until they come to the surface. Fry breadcrumbs on melted butter and roll dumplings inside.

Pudding Fluffy Cake

Make A Fluffy Extra Soft Cake That Melts In Your Mouth. This is for those who love pudding!

INGREDIENTS:

180 g biscuits
140 g butter
3 bananas
1 vanilla pudding + 1 tbsp cornstarch, milk and sugar
small blueberries
chocolate topping

STEPS:

1. Crush biscuits in a food processor. Carefully melt the butter and combine it with biscuits.
Pour the crumbs into baking pan and press it down using spoon. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.

2. Peel and mash banana with a fork. Stir the pudding with the cornstarch and cook it according to instructions.
Stir banana into pudding and pour it on top of a biscuit.

3. Spread blueberries on, pour over melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut flour.

Olive oil
Garlic
Spinach
Flour mixed with some water
Salt
Milk

Bolognese polenta

Very easy and delicious bolognese lunch recipe anyone would love, especially kids. Polenta is healthy and it can be made very quickly.

Ingredients:

Oil
Onion
Minced beef
Salt
Pepper
Tomato puree
Cornstarch
Bay leaf
Polenta

  1. Cook some chopped onions on heated oiled pot. Add minced meat, salt, pepper and bay leaf and cook until meat is brown. Cover it with the lid and cook until tender. During cooking add some water if needed. At the end of cooking add a small amount of tomato puree. Cook 5 min and then pour in 1 tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 50 ml of water. Cook few more minutes until thickens.
  2. Cook polenta in salted water accordingly to package instructions.

Healthy And Delicious Smoothie

This smoothie is great for post-workout or pre-workout meal 🙂 It can serve you well as healthy and delicious breakfast with 6 ingredients mixed using blender. Usually a serving of protein powder will add nice amount of protein to your smoothie, making it a more filling, well-balanced meal.

Ingredients:
yogurt
coconut shreds
banana
whey protein powder
oat flakes

Chicken Breast With Potatoes

Tasty lunch consisting of potatoes, carrots and chicken breasts, very simply and quickly made – enjoy doing this recipe with me! Use any amount of chicken breast, potatoes and carrots depending on your needs. In this case meat is lightly seasoned, but you can add more spices if you like.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Potatoes
Carrots
Rosemary
Olive oil
Garlic
Cooking cream

  1. Cut chicken breast into pieces, sprinkle in the seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes in larger pieces and cook them in salted water for 5 min after water start to boil. Peel the carrots and combine them with lightly cooked potatoes in baking tray, sprinkled with some more salt and rosemary. Bake them in the preheated oven until tender (about 30 minutes at 180 °C).
  3. Heat some oil on the pan and place chicken breast stirring until cooked through. Add mashed garlic and after 2-3 minutes pour into cooking cream, and cook for few minutes more.
  4. Don’t forget to serve everything with some fresh salad.
