Instructions:
1. Cook 2 extra large potatoes in salted water until they soften. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.
2. Chop celery stalks into small pieces and putt them into a bowl. Peel off the onion and cut into pieces size you prefer. Do the same with olives, cooked potatoes and eggs.
3. Add cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar, parmesan, mayonnaise and sour cream on top of everything and stir all together.

150 ml red wine

Instructions:
1. Chop onion and garlic in the food processor. In a larger cooking pot start frying butter, add onion and garlic and cook with stirring till translucent.
2. Add chopped carrot, celery and pepper. Cook few seconds and then add diced beef, cook until meat is no longer red.
3. Pour in red wine, add some salt, pepper, bay leaves, rosemary, seasoning mix and tomato puree. Pour over with water and cook covered for 1 hour and half covered 30 minutes or until tender.
4. Serve it with some homemade gnocchi or rice.

Slice bread halfway, on the bottom half put kaymak on and sprinkle some pepper powder. Put on prunes and cheese. Place 2 slices of prosciutto over the cheese. The top half of the bread coat with mayonnaise and cover the sandwich.
