650 g beef
3 carrots
parsley root
celery root
1 onion

1700 ml water
3 tsp salt

soup noodles
All the ingredients put in a pot and cook on a low heat for one hour. Strain out the soup and cook the noodles inside until soft.
400 ml warm water
12 g salt
12 tbsp oil
800 g flour
8 apples
1 squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp cinnamon
3 tbsp poppy seed
4 tbsp sugar
melted butter
In a bowl pour warm water, add salt and oil and stir all together.
Add the flour gradually and stir in with the wooden spoon and after that knead the dough with hands.
Divide the dough in 2 parts, coat them with oil and leave it to rest for 2h covered.
For filling stir grated apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, poppy seed and sugar.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin and strech it with your hands all around and place the filling on top.
Roll the strudel in, coat it with some melted butter and put in in the the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
You can use a lot of fillings like Nutella and other chocolate spreads. This donuts are very tasty and have soft texture.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp sugar
1 fresh yeast cube
2 tbsp milk
600 g flour
1 bag vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp salt
25 g softened butter
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp rum
2 egg yolks
300 ml milk
800 ml oil
Stir together sugar, warm milk and crumbled yeast in a cup and leave it to rise.
Put all the other ingredients in a large bowl, then add raised yeast and knead well untill dough is formed.
Cover the dough and leave it in warm place to double in size.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out with a gentle pressure untill 1,5 cm thick.
Cut the circles out and place them on a baking paper so they don’t stick. From the rest of the dough, make the balls and cover them with plastic film.
After 20 min flip over the donut and place it right a way in a medium hot oil. Cook covered for 30-45 seconds and then flip over donuts and cook uncovered until they get yellow-golden crust.
When they cool down, fill them with chocolate spread and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
This broccoli salad is very easy to make and you can also make it without mayo by using only sour cream.
Ingredients:
230 g potatoes
salt
230 g broccoli
100 g peas
1 tbsp sesame seeds
50 g dry ham
100 g cheese
1 tsp mustard
150 g sour cream
tabasco
5 tbsp mayonnaise
80 g of pickles
Cook the potatoes in salted water. After they softened, add broccoli and peas inside and cook for another 5 minutes.
Strain all and leave to cool down.
In a large bowl, transfer the cooked ingredients and add sesame, sliced ham, grated cheese,
mustard, sour cream, a few drops of tabasco, mayonnaise and pickled cucumbers.
Place the salad in refrigerator until cool.
Each slice is beautiful and creamy and the whole thing is amazing topped with
chocolate and raspberries.

200 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 packet vanilla sugar
50 g sugar
1 egg
70 g softened butter
filling:
500 g fresh cheese
250 g sour cream
150 g sugar
4 eggs
1 packet vanilla pudding
1 packet chocolate pudding
topping:
150 g cooking chocolate
2 tbsp powdered sugar
5 tbsp milk
60 g butter

1. Stir flour and baking powder together. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and soften butter.
2. At first use a mixer, then knead it with your hand and form a ball. Separate 2/3 of biscuit dough and press it into a cake mold.
Stab some fork holes in the bottom and place it in the oven for 12 min at 180 °C. Let it cool down.
3. Mix together fresh cheese, sour cream, sugar and eggs. Divide the filling in two. Add vanilla pudding into one, and chocolate
pudding in another filling mixture.
4. From the rest of the biscuit dough, make the cake edge inside the mold. First roll the dough in a long sausage shape, put it
inside the mold and press all around with fingers, height to the middle of the mold.
5. Pour 4 tbsp of dark mixture on the middle of biscuit, and then 4 tbsp of the bright one on top. Repeat the process until the
mixture run out. Bake at 170 °C – 60 min. Let it cool down.
6. Slowly melt chocolate with powdered sugar and milk. Once the chocolate is melted, stir the butter in.
Pour the topping onto cake and place some raspberries on top.

1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp oats
1 tsp coconut oil
200 ml milk
smoothie 2
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame
80 g forest fruit
Blend all the ingredients until thick and creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp pork lard
1 onion
400 g smoked sausages
500 g shredded sour cabbage
pepper
200 ml water
Bay leaves
60 g bacon
Over medium heat, cook onion on lard for 3 min,
add sausages and cook another 5 min.
Add sour cabbage, pepper and stir well.
Pour water inside. Cook covered for 15 minutes, and after that
cook for another 15 minutes half covered.
Put everything in the baking pan, place bay leaves
and sliced bacon on top. Bake at 200°C for about 20 min.
Ingredients:
pumpkin (medium size)

cabbage leaves
1/2 onion
celery root
carrot
parsley leaves
600 ml water
2-3 tsp salt
pepper
nutmeg
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp honey
Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and put it in oven at 200°C – 30 min.
Put the vegetables in the pot, pour in water and add salt. Cook for 30 min.
Peel off baked pumpkin with knife while it’s still hot and cut it in sections.
Take out parsley leaves from the soup and add the pumpkin inside. Cook for another 10 min.
Spice it with pepper, nutmeg, sour cream and honey. Use a stick blender untill smooth.
