Ingredients:

250 g flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
120 g butter
1 egg
1/2 dl water
1 kg pumpkin
2 dl cold water
100 g sugar
1 squeezed lemon
4 eggs
200 g sour cream

1. In a bowl stir together flour, sugar and salt. Add softened diced butter and 1 egg. Knead the dough quickly adding water gradually. Make a dough ball and wrap plastic foil around it. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Cook cubed pumpkin in cold water for 15 minutes or until tender and than strain it. After 10 minutes of cooling down blend pumpkin with stick blender. Add sugar, squeezed lemon, eggs and sour cream. Blend well all together.

3. Roll the dough out and place it into pie tin or cake mold. Tuck it in with your fingers, making sure it is smooth. Press the edges all around using spoon. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

4. Pour the pumpkin mixture in and bake for 30 minutes more.

Ingredients:

olive oil
1 onion
300g of chicken
salt
sweet paprika
hot peppers powder
100 g of barley
200 ml of homemade broth
bay leaf

50 g of peas
mixture of cornstarch and water
200 g of cooked chickpeas

1. Heat oil in a pot and cook chopped onions until tender. Add diced boneless chicken, salt, paprika, hot peppers powder and cook until chicken changes color. Stir in barley, homemade broth, bay leaf, and chopped pepper.

2. After barley and chicken are cooked, add peas and cook for 2 minutes. Than pour in the mixture of cornstarch (1 tbsp) and water (half a glass) and cook for 2-3 minutes more. In the end stir in cooked chickpeas.

Serve it with some chopped parsley on top.

400 g flour

2 egg yolks

2 egg whites
1 egg

200 g of sour cream
cinnamon
3 tbsp crumbs

1. In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add yolks, sour cream, room temperature butter and knead a dough until smooth. Cover it and keep in the fridge for half an hour.

2. Roll the dough in the shape of a baking tray, place it with high raised edges pressing them into the greased pie pan.

3. Bake the pie crust at 180 °C in preheated oven for 15 minutes.

4. Place grapes on top and bake 15-20 minutes more. In the meantime beat the egg whites until stiff. In a bowl whisk 1 whole egg with sugar, sour cream, cinnamon and crumbs. Stir in egg whites until smooth and pour the mixture onto grapes.

5. Bake again for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
