Christmas Tree Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

250 g flour
20 g cocoa powder
120 g sugar
1 tsp granulated orange peel
1 tsp baking powder
1 bag vanilla sugar
1 egg
1/3 tsp salt
120 g diced margarine
30 ml orange juice
60 g chopped dark chocolate

Cold Egg Salad

Prepare this amazing egg salad without skipping any ingredient. All those ingredients make delicious flavor. If you don’t like cayenne pepper spiciness replace it with some paprika powder.
This salad is going to keep you full so you can eat it as a dinner, because it is nutritional rich.
 

Ingredients:

2-3 potatoes
salt
2 eggs
3 celery stalks
1 onion
8 olives
cayenne pepper
1 tbsp aceto balsamico
1 tbsp parmesan
1 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp sour cream

Instructions:

1. Cook 2 extra large potatoes in salted water until they soften. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.

2. Chop celery stalks into small pieces and putt them into a bowl. Peel off the onion and cut into pieces size you prefer. Do the same with olives, cooked potatoes and eggs.

3. Add cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar, parmesan, mayonnaise and sour cream on top of everything and stir all together.

Beef Goulash

Try to make this delicious beef stew with a rich seasoned taste. This dish is warm and comforting to enjoy for a cold weather day. It’s ideally to make for a yummy lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
10 g butter
1 carrot
1/2 celery root
1 red pepper
700 g beef
150 ml red wine
salt
pepper
bay leaf
rosemary
seasoning mix
300 ml tomato puree
400 ml water

Instructions:

1. Chop onion and garlic in the food processor. In a larger cooking pot start frying butter, add onion and garlic and cook with stirring till translucent.

2. Add chopped carrot, celery and pepper. Cook few seconds and then add diced beef, cook until meat is no longer red.

3. Pour in red wine, add some salt, pepper, bay leaves, rosemary,  seasoning mix and tomato puree. Pour over with water and cook covered for 1 hour and half covered 30 minutes or until tender.

4. Serve it with some homemade gnocchi or rice.

Mediterranean sandwich

This sandwich is easy to make and loaded with deliciousness, filled with amazing mediterranean most popular ingredients. You can use ketchup or any other topping if you don’t prefer mayo.

Ingredients:

integral seeded bread
1 tbsp of kaymak
hot pepper powder
4 slices hard cheese
3 prunes (chopped)
2 slices prosciutto
mayonnaise

Slice bread halfway, on the bottom half put kaymak on and sprinkle some pepper powder. Put on prunes and cheese. Place 2 slices of prosciutto over the cheese. The top half of the bread coat with mayonnaise and cover the sandwich.
