Omelet With Bacon And Cheese

Making an omelette at home is probably the most easiest healthy breakfast choice. You can fill it with whatever you have on hand, in this recipe I used bacon and cheese. Omelets are an excellent way to use leftovers, too.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
salt
bacon
cheese
paprika
nutmeg

1. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until well-browned.
Take out bacon and set it aside.

2. In a small bowl beat eggs and pour egg mixture into the heated greasy skillet.

3. As the egg starts to set, place cheese slices onto one side of omelet and
sprinkle some paprika and nutmeg on opposite side. When almost completely set, fold the omelet and cook it for a few more seconds on both sides.
